Rising Sun Presents is an organization that manages and operates a portfolio of restaurants, music clubs, and outdoor events. We are looking for someone that would like to a full-time role as a Kitchen Supervisor for one of our establishments.
Job Duties Include:
- Ensure Prep List & Order Guides are completed so that we are well stocked and prepared for each week of operations
- Make orders from vendors on a weekly basis or as needed to ensure that we have the supplies & ingredients for service
- Work with Operations Manager to ensure that purchase budgets are being met
- Work with Operations Manager on menu recipe specifications and changes
- Uphold Quality Control & Standards for food that is being served during service to ensure items are being made to the recipe specifications
- Prep items, Cook, and Clean the kitchen daily
- Ensure kitchen hygiene, operations, and standards are in compliance with State and Federal Health Code regulations
- Communicate with management to make sure each shift has proper pars for service
