Looking for creative Chef/Sous Chef/First Cook who wants to make a name for themselves
Successful restaurant in South Philly is changing their concept. Looking to do something new & innovative & delicious
Can you handle this? This will not be easy. I am a control freak & happy with what I've created, but I know to not be egotistical & it is a time for change! I hope to work with someone as passionate about the restaurant business as I am.
The work load will be huge to start (60-70 hours per week, minimum!), but will dwindle to 50-55 hours per week as we get systems in place & the new menu perfected. Salary is $50k/yr to start. Prove to me you can control food cost & labor cost & produce sales & 5star reviews & I will write in salary increases to match EACH of these goals. We make money = You make money!
