We\'re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President Fund Client Accounting Manager to join our Fund Accounting team. This role is in Pittsburgh PA - Hybrid.
In this role, you\'ll make an impact in the following ways:
Responsible for the financial and human resources for the unit and ensures assigned teams are operating effectively to meet unit goals and objectives
Directs processes and allocation of resources in determining the net asset value (NAV) for assigned funds in multiple sectors for each measurement cycle
Manages relationships with a broad set of clients and resolves any unique escalated issues related to fund calculations and accounting
Directs and sets priorities for processes that check for the completeness and accuracy of disclosure in financial statements.
To be successful in this role, we\'re seeking the following:
Bachelors degree in accounting or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
Big 4 accounting firm experience preferred
5-7 years of total work experience and at least 1-3 years in management preferred.

We\'re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President - Implementations Strategy Lead to join our Treasury Services, Implementations team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA - HYBRID
In this role, you\'ll make an impact in the following ways:
Strategize, implement, and oversee processes for increased productivity and growth
Design daily operational programs that achieve organizational objectives
Manage department activities, providing suitable resources
Establish and grow relationships with relevant internal and external partners
Establish cost parameters and manage overall P&L for department
Create and maintain plan for forecasting, targeting, and attaining implementations goals
Supervise employee productivity and provide internal processes for improved efficiency
Provide data analytics of sales, distributors, and partners to relevant management teams
Work with managers to develop long-term strategic initiatives
Participate in development of competitor analyses and implementations strategy
Support customer-facing operations, including sales, marketing, and product
To be successful in this role, we\'re seeking the following:
Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
7-10 years of total work experience and at least 3 years of business management experience preferred.
Strong ability with database and information systems software
Experience in data analysis
Strong presentation skills

We\'re seeking future team members for our Loans Administration Services with roles located in Pittsburgh, PA in Hybrid positions.
In this role, you\'ll make an impact in the following ways:
Maintains familiarity with industry best practices and seeks opportunities to implement as appropriate.
Reinforces policies and procedures for the assigned team.
Resolves highly complex or non-routine issues or inquiries from senior-level or key individuals at clients, as needed.
Maintains relationships with business leaders to report client trends /needs and gaps. May provide forward-looking insight on client issues and trends to drive future revenue growth
Execute on core client / control and risk tasks within the existing Business environment. Recruits, directs, motivates, and develops staff, maximizing their individual contribution, their professional growth, and their ability to function effectively with their colleagues as a team.
To be successful in this role, we\'re seeking the following:
Bachelor\'s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required with an MBA preferred.
10+ years of total work experience with at least 1-3 years of management experience preferred.
Experience in an operational area and/or client services strongly preferred.
Strong background in Structured Finance (ideally in CLO\'s), Fund Administration and/or Alternative Asset management is strongly preferred.
Strong background in engaging institutional clients to grow revenue and/or deliver against service obligations is strongly preferred.
Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills to review test results versus expected results is strongly preferred.
Experience in managing teams with 7+ people are strongly preferred.
