We\'re seeking future team members for our Loans Administration Services with roles located in Pittsburgh, PA in Hybrid positions.
In this role, you\'ll make an impact in the following ways:
Maintains familiarity with industry best practices and seeks opportunities to implement as appropriate.
Reinforces policies and procedures for the assigned team.
Resolves highly complex or non-routine issues or inquiries from senior-level or key individuals at clients, as needed.
Maintains relationships with business leaders to report client trends /needs and gaps. May provide forward-looking insight on client issues and trends to drive future revenue growth
Execute on core client / control and risk tasks within the existing Business environment. Recruits, directs, motivates, and develops staff, maximizing their individual contribution, their professional growth, and their ability to function effectively with their colleagues as a team.
To be successful in this role, we\'re seeking the following:
Bachelor\'s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required with an MBA preferred.
10+ years of total work experience with at least 1-3 years of management experience preferred.
Experience in an operational area and/or client services strongly preferred.
Strong background in Structured Finance (ideally in CLO\'s), Fund Administration and/or Alternative Asset management is strongly preferred.
Strong background in engaging institutional clients to grow revenue and/or deliver against service obligations is strongly preferred.
Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills to review test results versus expected results is strongly preferred.
Experience in managing teams with 7+ people are strongly preferred.

We\'re seeking a future team member in the position of Vice President, Business Strategy & Portfolio Management to join our Chief Operating Officer team. This role is based in Pittsburgh, PA, USA.
In this role, you will be a key member of the Business Strategy & Portfolio Management team for the Treasury Services business, responsible for developing and executing various strategies to enable the business to meet its high-growth and operational excellence objectives. Reporting directly to the Head of Strategy, this role will offer the opportunity to solve complex business challenges and evaluate new growth opportunities through data-driven analysis and collaboration across the business (including C-suite and other senior leaders).
In this role, you\'ll make an impact in the following ways:
Develop the vision, strategy and roadmap for Treasury Services, in alignment with long-term goals for the business, as well as firm-wide strategic and financial objectives
Conduct market research, competitive intelligence & data analysis, and partner with key internal and external stakeholders, to identify business opportunities including growth (e.g., market entry), innovation (e.g., product launch) and operating model optimization (e.g., organization, processes, systems)
Manage multiple project engagements, and partner with Head of Strategy & COO to generate new pipeline opportunities for the business
Contribute strategic updates for high-priority deliverables, such as board presentations, regulatory updates and leadership conferences
Partner with Sales, Finance, Product and Technology / Data teams to enable timely execution of agreed strategies and monitor progress, in collaboration with Portfolio Management Office
Maintain a holistic view of the business portfolio, manage process to review and prioritize new investments (business cases), and develop frameworks / KPIs / scorecards to measure performance (e.g., ROI)
Contribute to the target state design of strategic tooling to support Product roadmaps and Sales CRM
Share insights on key industry trends, competitive landscape and regulatory environment on an on-going basis to generate thought leadership and inform strategic decision-making
To be successful in this role, we\'re seeking the following:
5-8 years of work experience required in Strategy, preferably within Financial Services, Consulting and/or FinTech Industry; understanding of the Payments landscape and Technology is a plus
Excellent strategic & analytical mindset required to break down complex problems, apply quantitative & qualitative data and propose implementable solutions for Senior Management
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and prioritize according to business needs
Experience in program management / portfolio management / business performance is a plus
Passionate about building relationships and strong professional maturity / EQ to navigate across business functions and seniority levels
Strong verbal & written communication and high proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (including PowerPoint and Excel); experience with other business tools (e.g., JIRA, Tableau, CRM) is a plus

We are seeking to fill a Data & Analytics role in our Enterprise Transformation (Delivery Framework Hub) group. This role is based out of our Pittsburgh, PA or Lake Mary, FL offices - HYBRID (3 days/week in office).
The ideal candidate must have analytics and BI product management experiences.

Lead the analysis and development of internal data sets to create automated data workflows, data dashboard / visualization and market intelligence for internal customers across the enterprise
