Federated Hermes Career OpportunityInside Sales Client Engagement Center AssociateWe have exciting opportunities for Inside Sales Representatives within the Client Engagement Center in our downtown Pittsburgh Headquarters!What You'll DoAs part of our November 2024 Inside Sales Class, your career starts with a 15-week paid training program to prepare you for obtaining your SIE, FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 licenses. Once FINRA licensed, you'll have the unique opportunity to apply what you've learned in the classroom to the real world of finance and will conduct sales outreach to clients and perspective clients to identify needs, solicit business and explain Federated Hermes investment products. The successful individual will thrive working in a highly collaborative team environment while building the foundation for success in the asset management industry. As an Internal sales representative you will partner with our external sales representatives to learn about our client base, investment products, and marketing campaigns to play a significant role in advancing the sale of the firm's investment products.The Expertise We're Looking For

Prior work or internship experience in an industry related field is helpful

Bachelor degree required

Interest in a sales career in the financial services industry

Comfortable conducting sales calls over the phone

SIE (Securities Industry Essentials) preferred

Must possess or obtain the FINRA S7 or S66 licenses
