Oracle Applications and Technology Services within the COE supports our area offices by providing resources that can design, configure and implement Oracle Application Solutions. This group advises clients to understand, architect and implement the core applications and technology required to run their business. Most of your time will be spent embedded with our clients' team and we will look up to you to provide our clients with a unique business perspective on how they must continue to innovate and remain competitive in this ever-changing industry.Your key responsibilitiesThis position will support Oracle Services Supply Chain/Asset Management sub-practice as a member of project teams working with our clients and guiding them through agreed upon phases of the Work and Asset Management project governance, requirements definition, technology risk analysis, customization, testing, implementation, training, and rollout of a client's project lifecycle. They will also provide advisory services as part of assessments and support services either as post implementation support or manage service agreements.Skills and attributes for success

Team with client business and technology professionals, and/or third-party strategic alliances to provide implementation of technology solutions.

Demonstrate ability to implement software.

Develop long-term relationships and networks both internally and externally.

Interact and communicate effectively with finance and technology senior and middle management executives as well as end user and business subject matter experts.

To qualify for the role, you must have

Bachelor's degree and 3 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and approximately 2 years of related work experience

3 - 7 years of experience working with an EAM, work management or field service system in a software configuration implementation role

Proven track record in system implementation of the following applications:

Oracle Utilities Work and Asset Cloud Service (WACS)

Oracle Utilities Work and Asset Management (WAM)

Oracle Cloud Maintenance

Oracle Field Service

Or another EAM, work and asset or field service solution

Familiarity with work and asset management and/or field service processes

Ability to:

Develop an understanding of a client's current state process and developing future state recommendations

Recommend road maps to close performance gaps and developing high level implementation plans

Gather and analyze business requirements

Align business requirements and best practices to implement a technical solution

Define new and refine existing business processes

Contribute to continuous improvement and development of EY processes

1-2 full lifecycle implementations in any of the above

Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills, coupled with a strong interest in further developing and integrating enterprise business processes with technology skills

Ability and confidence in researching client inquiries and emerging issues

Successful candidate must also be willing and able to travel up to 50% Ideally, you'll also have

Familiarity with ESRI GIS application

Familiarity with ERP solutions such as Oracle eBusiness Suite

Bachelors or advanced Degree in Business, Computer Science or Engineering

The salary range for this job in most geographic locations in the US is $90,600 to $166,100. The salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $108,700 to $188,700. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.
