Federated Hermes Career OpportunityParalegal-Disclosure/Compliance.We have an exciting opportunity for a Paralegal located in Pittsburgh, PA or Warrendale, PA.What You'll DoAs a Paralegal you will provide registered fund regulatory services to legal staff and business units, outside counsel, and clients to meet the requirements of the SEC, FINRA, and other registered fund regulators.Duties include but are not limited to the following:

Working with internal and external counsel, Federated business units, Legal Services and Legal Department management, prepare and review regulatory documents required for the creation and maintenance of registered funds, ensuring they are in proper form for filing with regulators and meet all regulatory deadlines.

Research, analyze, interpret, and address legal, regulatory and procedural issues and questions, as appropriate. Present results in professional writing or at client or department meetings or training sessions.

Advocate and resolve issues with regulators and clients, as appropriate.

The Expertise We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree required; Paralegal Certificate is a plus.

Up to 3 years of paralegal experience or equivalent experience in a deadline-driven, detail-oriented complex legal or business environment.

Excellent oral and written communication, time management and organization skills.

Advanced decision-making, problem-solving and analytical skills, with particular attention to detail and accuracy.

Demonstrated ability to work independently and to main quality of work while meeting established deadlines.
