This position will lead a variety of large projects or programs supporting the business development aspect of the business. This position will be responsible to organize, plan, and execute projects while working within restraints like budgets and schedules. Primary responsibilities will include leading teams, defining goals, creating measures, communicating with stakeholders, and seeing a project through to its closure.Project certification is strongly encouraged, as primary function will be leading cross functional teams to deliver successfully. In addition, Quest Management System (QMS) principles and tools should be applied to ensure Quest Diagnostics processes are efficient and effective in the delivery of its services, solutions, and processes while improving customer and employee satisfaction.The position is Remote to the Tri state area. Establishes and leads programs comprised of multiple projects, including designing how information is rolled up and cascaded down, operating rhythms and mechanisms, and tracking against the integrated set of milestones anddeliverables

Coaches other employees onthe use of various tools, concepts and practices foundational to QMSinorderfor Quest Diagnostics employeesto build self-sufficiency, sustainability andscalability

Active effort toward obtaining a PMP certification administered by the Project Management Institute (PMI) required

Participates in Communities of Practice

Leads QMS trainingclasses

Documentsbusiness processes

Completes required continuedlearningRequired Work Experience:

Demonstrated experience leading large or complex projects with multiple workstreams from initiation to completion (7-10 years experience)

Preferred Work Experience:

Experience supporting Intergration Management, Mergers and Acquistions, Customer Solutions Management in Health Care Sector desired

Physical and Mental Requirements:

The normal performance of duties may require lifting and carryingobjects
