Position Title:Treasury Management Operations and Support Representative

Reports to:Varies by AssignmentPosition Overview:

This position is primarily responsible for supporting implementation and on-going servicing of all Treasury Management products used by clients. The incumbent completes required Treasury Management setup forms and works with appropriate operating areas to ensure accurate and timely service setup.The incumbent responds to client inquiries on Treasury Management services and deposit products, maintains client files and submits new pricing and changes for Treasury Management services and deposit products.Primary Responsibilities:

Responds to service inquiries and customer service issues from Treasury Management clients. Handles new client setups, existing clients adding new products and service inquiries and research.Responds in a timely manner to emails and calls and needs for troubleshooting issues impacting clients.Implements new Treasury Management services and new deposit accounts. Resolves inquiriespromptly and follows up with the client to ensure quality resolution. Unlocks USERS and follows caller authentication process for client and company protection. Escalates ongoing issues to Level 2 Support. Uses tracking system for all inquiries and monitors queues in order to meet Service Level Agreements.Handles maintenance requests for Treasury Management services and deposit products.Maintains Treasury Management client files.Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.All employees have the responsibility and the accountability to serve as risk managers for their businesses by understanding, reporting, responding to, managing and monitoring the risk they encounter daily as required by F.N.B.
