Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to install residential fence projects and ensure that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. The Supervisor will be responsible for Installation, managing a team of workers, and maintaining effective communication with homeowner. This role requires strong leadership skills.
Responsibilities:
Manage and lead a team of workers, providing guidance and support to ensure productivity and quality workmanship.
Ensure work trucks have all necessary tools and materials to complete job.
Work closely with homeowner to ensure project is done correctly.
Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, training, safety, and continuous improvement.
Skills.
Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.
Minimum 10 years experience. Proficient in installing all styles of fence, wood, ornamental, PVC and chain link.
Strong problem-solving skills with the capability to manage challenges on-site efficiently.
Effective communication skills for liaising with team members, home owner, and office.
This position requires you to not only run the job you will still have to get your hands dirty and install.
