Radon mitigation installer and water filtration

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the RADON mitigation air and water industry, particularly in areas such as air mitigation, water mitigation systems. This role involves working on-site properties affected by radon, ensuring that they are returned to the EPA levels. The Mitigation Technician will utilize both hand and power tools to perform their duties effectively. Climbing and the use ladders daily.

Duties

Conduct thorough assessments of properties to determine the necessary radon mitigation work.

Execute water mitigation processes, including wiring and plumbing.

Perform mitigation tasks such as cleaning, and structural repairs.

Carry out radon mitigation procedures to ensure safe and effective removal of radon from affected areas.

Handle radon mitigation projects in compliance with safety regulations

Handle radon mitigation projects in compliance with safety regulations and guidelines.

Operate various hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently during mitigation processes.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.

Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while meeting quality standards.

Requirements

Previous experience in the plumbing and radon industry is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates.

Knowledge of Radon air mitigation, water mitigation systems, and crawlspace encapsulation.

Water filtration systems, servicing, and installation experience a plus

Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools relevant to the mitigation field.

Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Physical stamina to lift heavy materials and perform manual labor for extended periods.

Valid driver's license may be required for transportation to job sites.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.79 - $100.00 per quality experiences and ability’s

Schedule:

Monday to Friday

Nights as needed

Rotating weekends

Year round work

Experience:

Mitigation or labor: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

Hazardous Waste Operations &

Emergency Response Training (Preferred)

Ability to Commute
