Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Staffing Coordinator Assistant in the heart of Columbia, Maryland. This role primarily functions within the healthcare industry and requires a well-organized individual with a keen eye for detail. As a Staffing Coordinator Assistant, you will be responsible for managing high volume phone calls, tracking metrics, and maintaining organization within a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Manage and process a high volume of phone calls efficiently Track and meet weekly targets and metrics Handle stress and pressure in a fast-paced environment Use MS Excel and MS Word for various administrative tasks Compose and manage correspondences via email and MS Outlook Conduct credentialing for new recruits Assist the Lead Staffing Coordinator in various tasks Maintain an organized and flexible approach towards work.Requirements Proficiency in using MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Outlook Demonstrated ability to compose professional correspondence Proven experience in recruiting or talent acquisition Excellent email communication skills Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with various stakeholders Experience in coordinating schedules and managing calendars Strong problem-solving abilities Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
