Kitchen manager needed for commissary operation. Production includes salads, wraps, subs, breakfast sandwiches, lunch sandwiches, deserts etc
Responsibilities include ordering and stocking groceries, producing packaged food items for resale, creating new items for menu.
Must have experience preparing food, ordering and maintaining inventories and being familiar with food safety programs and certification is a plus.
Dependable, responsible, clean, organized disciplined talent is a must.
Hours- 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. M-F
Immediate opening. Paid weekly.
