Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Greet, assist, and lease apartment homes to prospective residents

Ensure appearance of the model apartment and target apartments are in pristine condition

Responsible for processing paperwork for application approval as well as renewal paperwork

Create all lease documents and facilitates getting all parties to sign where required

Assist Community Manager in ensuring all property marketing and resident activities are planned and executed

Manage communities accounts receivable

Manage resident relations to secure renewal agreement

Administrative reported to ensure in compliance with company, state and federal laws

Reliability to work for assigned shifts, office hours are Monday-Friday 9AM to 6PM

Knowledge, Skills and Experience required:

Experience in customer service field, sales or property management preferred

Must have good computer skills and be able to navigate software

Have good verbal and written communication

Be able to provide great customer service to our residents

Possess great attention to detail
