Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Directly responsible for overseeing the efforts of maintenance team
Supply and vendor management
Budget and negotiation of contracts with suppliers
Execution of preventative maintenance program
Knowledge, Skills and Experience required:
Minimum of 5 year maintenance experience
HVAC Certification required
CPO Certification preferred
Must be able to work outdoors and rotating on call schedule
Able to safely carry large items and climb stairs
Process great attention to detail
Be able to provide great customer service to our residents
