We are currently looking for a property maintenance technician to oversee repairs and maintenance of single family and mobile home rental properties. Maintenance includes but not limited to- plumbing, wood working, general electrical, painting, trash outs, setouts and general property maintenance of homes.
Must have a valid drivers license and be able to pass criminal background check. Must be able to work independently and assess damages/repairs to determine the most cost effective repair plan and then execute repairs. Must be able to work appfolio or be trained. Must have 3 years experience. Pool and HVAC experience a plus.
