Position Overview: As a Temporary Home Care Staffing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of home care services to our clients. You will be responsible for coordinating schedules, matching caregivers with clients based on their needs and preferences, and maintaining communication with both clients and caregivers to ensure client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate caregiver schedules to ensure adequate coverage for all client visits.

Match caregivers with clients based on compatibility, skills, and client needs.

Communicate regularly with clients to assess their needs and preferences and adjust schedules accordingly.

Maintain accurate records of caregiver assignments, client preferences, and any changes to schedules.

Handle client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Collaborate with other team members to ensure the highest quality of care is provided to clients.

Assist in recruiting and onboarding new caregivers as needed.

Requirements:

Previous experience in healthcare staffing or scheduling preferred.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office.

Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards clients and caregivers.

Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and priorities.

High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in healthcare administration is a plus.

Duration: This is a temporary position with an expected duration of 8 months, with the possibility of extension based on business needs.
