Franklin Home Health Agency Training Program is a division of Franklin Home Health Agency, dedicated to empowering individuals through comprehensive training and development programs. As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a motivated Training Coordinator to join our team.
Position Overview: As a Training Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating training programs to ensure that all students are fully enrolled into an open program and provide support to each student throughout the duration of their learning. You will work closely with department managers and faculty to ensure all training materials are prepared for each class, organize and coordinate training sessions as necessary, and track employee progress and attendance. In addition, the Training Program Coordinator shall also work in conjunction with Directors to promote the program throughout the neighboring community and collaborate with local organizations and/or entities as needed. The ideal candidate is passionate about learning and development, with strong organizational and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and schedule training sessions, including logistics and resources
Maintain training records and documentation, tracking employee participation and progress
Provide support to students seeking additional support and/or guidance
Ensure classroom and inventory is stocked sufficiently
Participate in Student Class Orientation
Communicate with vendors, local resources and other program faculty as required
Requirements:
Previous experience in training coordination or related role preferred
Strong organizational skills
Excellent communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Detail-oriented
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
