Job DescriptionInsight Global is seeking a Secret cleared Program Director in Goose Creek, SC. This role involves leading the Program Management staff to execute contracts per the Annual Operating Plan and Long-Range Plan. The Director will be the primary customer contact for program execution and oversee proposal activities. Responsibilities include ensuring team accountability for performance, schedule, and cost, driving opportunity and risk management, and partnering with Business Development for new business. You are going to be required to be onsite but will have every other Friday off. 15+ years of Program Managment/ Director experience
Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field or Master's in business
Experience working with large defense subcontractors - PMP or PMI certification
Ability to interact and communicate with the customers and all direct reports null
