Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in the Service industry, located in Greenville, South Carolina. This role involves a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, phone handling, and managing customer credit records.Responsibilities: Answer phone calls professionally and provide information as needed Enter data accurately into the system, including house plans Use Microsoft Suite for various administrative tasks Regularly check emails and respond to inquiries in a timely manner Navigate through builder portals to verify the correctness of information entered Handle customer credit inquiries and resolve any issues that arise Monitor customer credit accounts and take appropriate action for delinquent payments Assist in the setup of satellite offices as part of the company's growth strategy Utilize skills in Administrative Assistance to perform tasks efficiently and effectively. Requirements Must have a minimum of 2 years experience in an administrative role within the Service industry. Demonstrated proficiency in administrative skills including Microsoft Office suite, data entry, and scheduling. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels within the organization. Must possess strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and demonstrate the highest level of customer service and response. Must be detail-oriented and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines. Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team. High school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in a relevant field is preferred. Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound judgment calls. Must possess a service-oriented mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional internal and external customer service.
