Process Trackwise records for out of calibrations, change control, audits, and complaints

Generate functional requirement documents as needed

Process work orders, single point lessons (SPLs), forms, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) in Document Management System

Manage Document Control for assigned area

Enter SAP data for batch operations

Transfer samples to Stability/Retains and transfer samples to Labs using LIMS

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent is required

Four years of relevant experience is preferred

Outstanding attention to detail and organizational skills

Self-starter, mature, independent, and dependable

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure and multi-task effectively

Excellent time management and prioritization skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills
