Multiple projects are in progress in Westminster / Seneca area. Immediate opening for materials handler, experience in New Home construction, painting, drywall, roofing, siding & decks desired. Additional experience in landscaping, framing, HVAC are greatly desired and are only a few of the construction areas we perform. We buy / sell / flip real estate and also perform remodels for individual customers. Must have STRONG BACK! for moving materials. Ability to follow instructions and ask questions. Must be able to lift 75-100 pounds and adequately comfortable on a ladder. If you have this experience with the work ethic and drive then we want you to start asap! Starting pay $15.00, Must have dependable transportation. Your own tools are desired, but not necessary. Huge upside potential for the right person with drive, initiative, and desire to learn, and / or improve, your construction skills.
