As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Landscape Forman. Qualifications
The General Manager oversees the strategic direction and operations which includes ground maintenance, irrigation maintenance, and landscape enhancements. The GM ensures a cohesive vision is maintained throughout all aspects of management.
Minimum 3 years of landscaping experience
Ability to manage crews
Effective communication skills, including verbal, written, and presentation skills
Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in team-based environment
Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities
Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
Valid Driver’s License
Clean 5-year MVR
Responsibilities
Manage and lead labor team and maintain company goals.
Monitor daily schedules and job tracking
Track progress and quality of work being performed
Delegate tasks effectively to team members and ensure clear communication
Ensure client needs are met in a timely and cost-effective manner
