Typical Day
-Be responsible for and install plants, sod, mulch, irrigation, and drainage for our clients.
-Oversee and participate in the loading of vehicles and preparation for the job site.
-Represent the company well on-site through good communication with clients and fellow team members, clean and considerate work sites, and respectable looking equipment and trucks.
-Ensure that the whole team works on tasks assigned to that day that contribute to the completion of that specific project.
-Maintain communication with Project Manager.
Requirements (You may apply even if you don’t meet every qualification):
-2+ years of landscape experience required.
-2+ years of leadership experience preferred.
-Capable of understanding instructions and performing tasks adeptly and efficiently.
-Ability to develop a knowledge of the job flow and processes for completing tasks.
-Knowledge of how to use landscape-related equipment.
-Experience with irrigation, drainage & landscape installation.
-Ability to remain professional in difficult circumstances.
-Ability to work in a physically demanding role that may include prolonged periods of standing and lifting over 50 pounds.
-Valid Driver’s license
