We are seeking a skilled Lead HVAC Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems, with the ability to install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role requires mechanical aptitude and a commitment to delivering high-quality service to our clients.
Pay is $25-$35/hr based on experience. This is a flat hourly rate and is not dependent on commission/spiffs!
NO ON CALL. Weekends optional. Year round work.

Compressors
Evap Coils
Furnaces
Condensers
TXV's
Reversing Valves
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an HVAC Installer.
Proficiency in brazing/welding techniques.
Strong understanding of HVAC principles and air conditioning systems.
Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience
Must have clean driving record
Must pass background check
