Develop and execute online and offline marketing strategies, optimize the marketing mix (4Ps), and collaborate with sales, R&D, and commercial teams to achieve business objectives.Main Responsibilities:Strategy & PlanningDevelop and implement localized marketing strategies aligned with regional goals.Lead marketing mix (4Ps) – product positioning, pricing, distribution, and promotions.Conduct market research (competitors, trends, customer insights) to identify growth opportunities.Digital & Online MarketingManage websites, social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram), email campaigns, WhatsApp communicationsAnimate & manage local mobile applications for craft bakers through annual editorial calendarsTrack KPIs (traffic, engagement, conversions) and optimise performance.Offline & Trade MarketingExecute trade shows, events, and in-store promotions (POS materials, distributor incentives).Organize workshops and demo days.Customer & Stakeholder EngagementCreate B2B campaigns (industrial bakeries, food manufacturers) and B2C content (recipes, social media).Support distributors with marketing collateral and training.Gather customer feedback to refine strategies.Budget managementManage marketing budget and ensure ROI optimization.Oversee agencies, vendors, and freelancers (digital, print, events).Cross-Functional CollaborationWork with sales, R&D, and finance to align marketing with business goals.Share local insights with global/regional teams.
