Job Title: CustodianLocation: Palmetto Commerce, North Charleston, SCShift: 1st or 2nd ShiftPay Rate: $15.50 - $16.00 per hourJob Description:We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Custodian to join our team at our climate-controlled facility located on Palmetto Commerce in North Charleston, SC. The Custodian will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our facility.Responsibilities:
Cleaning: Sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, vacuuming, dusting, and washing windows.
Sanitizing: Disinfecting surfaces and restrooms.
Managing Supplies: Ordering new supplies and tools, restocking supply closets, and maintaining cleaning supplies.
Notifying Management: Reporting major maintenance and cleanliness issues to management, and notifying supervisors about unsafe conditions.
Ensuring Facility Safety: Ensuring that the doors are locked at night, and keeping the premises clean and orderly.
Requirements:
At least 1 year of cleaning experience.
Ability to stand on feet for 8 hours a day.
Strong attention to detail.
