Description Robert Half is searching for a part-time Accounting Clerk, whose duties will be matching invoices to purchase orders/ vouchers, data entry, and assisting with Accounts Payable (A/P) and Accounts Receivable (A/R). Contribute to Accounts Receivable: process daily invoices/credit, apply cash receipt, and help with collection of past due balance
Resolve discrepancies by checking all possible sources of disagreement, reconstructing probable actions, and recognizing the effect on other accounts; prepare correction documents as required
General accounting: help with G/L account reconciliation and month-end closing, other ad hoc projects
Order documents that require knowledge in determining proper classification of accounting codes and expenditure codes
Transmit financial information to journals and ledgers
Work with Accounts Payable: vendor invoices and disbursement filing, A/P invoice matching & filing
Assemble statements and reports that require utilization of a variety of sources
Requirements - AA or BS/BA in Accounting or related field preferred
Ability to multitask and communicate effectively with individuals of all backgrounds
Bank reconciliations experience highly desired
Foundational knowledge in Coding Invoices
Adeptness in Accounts Receivable (AR)
Knowledge of Enter Vendor Invoices
General familiarity with Cloud ERP
Enter Invoices experience desired
Deep understanding of Code Invoices
Demonstrated knowledge of Accounts receivables systems
Familiar with Spreadsheet and ERP system
Ability to enter data into various electronic systems while maintaining the integrity and accuracy of the data
