Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Fleet Administrator in the Machinery Manufacturing industry, situated in Rock Hill, South Carolina. As a Fleet Administrator, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including maintaining accurate fleet records, managing fleet portal requests, and handling vehicle and driver related duties.Responsibilities: Oversee fleet portal requests in collaboration with the Fleet Administrator Conduct audits on GPS devices to ensure they are installed in all vehicles and assigned to the appropriate drivers Verify the presence of correct decals on all vehicles Confirm the validity of vehicle registration and the accuracy of state license plates Check and update drivers' mobile phone numbers across all fleet systems Ensure that the correct fuel cards are being used by drivers Remove drivers who are no longer active from the motor vehicle records program Communicate with drivers and managers regarding active vehicle recalls Carry out other assigned tasks related to fleet management Utilize skills in ADP - Financial Services, Banner Ads, Cisco Webex Meetings, Concur, CRM, About Time, Answering Inbound Calls, Budget Processes, Calendar Management, Communication, Excel Formulas, and Microsoft Excel. Requirements Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services is necessary for managing financial aspects of fleet operations. Experience with Banner Ads is required for effective fleet-related advertising and promotion campaigns. Familiarity with Cisco Webex Meetings is essential for conducting remote meetings and discussions. Knowledge of Concur for expense management and report generation is crucial. CRM skills are required for managing customer relationships and enhancing customer satisfaction. Proficiency in About Time software is needed for efficient time management and tracking. Ability to handle Answering Inbound Calls to address queries, complaints, and requests related to fleet operations. Understanding of Budget Processes to ensure cost-effective and efficient fleet management. Expertise in Calendar Management for scheduling fleet operations, maintenance, and meetings. Strong Communication skills for effective interaction with team members, customers, and other stakeholders. Proficiency in Excel Formulas for data analysis and report generation related to fleet operations. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for managing fleet data, generating reports, and making data-driven decisions.
