Administrative Assistant

Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in Spartanburg, South Carolina. This role involves a variety of admin tasks within our industry, where you will be coordinating with trucks for parts, handling administrative duties, and managing items in the warehouse. Responsibilities: Oversee the printing of labels as per the requirements. Perform administrative duties to support the team and ensure smooth operations. Coordinate with truck drivers for the transportation of parts. Retrieve necessary parts from the warehouse as needed. Maintain communication with various departments, ensuring the timely delivery of parts. Manage inbound and outbound calls and email correspondence with stakeholders. Utilize Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook for data entry and scheduling appointments. Deliver customer service by resolving inquiries and issues promptly. Support Human Resources (HR) Administration tasks as required. Handle a high volume of outbound calls as part of the job duties. Requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word Excellent customer service skills, with experience in answering inbound and outbound calls Strong data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail Ability to handle email correspondence professionally and promptly Experience in scheduling appointments and managing calendars Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) administration procedures Skilled in handling high volume of outbound calls Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
