As a Business Analyst, you’ll help strengthen the foundations of TAL’s risk management by ensuring we have a clear and accurate understanding of the third parties that support our business. Working across teams and building strong stakeholder connections, you’ll contribute to better decision-making, stronger governance, and greater confidence in the services that help us deliver on our promise to protect Australians and help them live better lives.In This Role You Will:Improve third-party data quality to support informed risk assessment and decision-making.Validate critical third-party information to enhance accuracy, completeness and governance outcomes.Partner with stakeholders across the business to resolve data gaps and strengthen record integrity.Drive timely resolution of data inconsistencies to maintain a trusted third-party register.Optimise data collection tools and processes to improve efficiency and ongoing maintenance.Deliver quality outcomes and actionable progress insights that support effective risk management.Please note, this is a 6-month fixed term contract.
