We are seeking a WHS Business Partner to support the implementation of Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) strategies across LDC operations. Working closely with the Country Senior SHE Manager, Operational Managers and site teams, you will play a key role in driving a strong safety culture and ensuring compliance with legislative requirements and company standards.This role supports multiple sites and requires regular travel across LDC’s assets, including Wee Waa, Moree, Boggabri, Merah North, Moomin, Yarraman, Mungindi, Trangie and Warren. As a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, you will drive proactive risk management initiatives, foster a strong safety culture, and support continuous improvement in Safety, Health and Environmental (SHE) performance across the region.DutiesImplement SHE strategy and compliance programs across allocated sitesCoach leaders on risk management, incident investigation and WHS legislationConduct site inspections, internal audits and close out corrective actionsMonitor and report on incident, hazard and SHE performance trendsSupport SHE systems, documentation, training delivery and continuous improvementSkills & experienceDemonstrated WHS/SHE Business Partner or Advisor experience — multi-site preferredSound knowledge of WHS legislation and ISO 45001 or equivalent management systemsCert IV in WHS (minimum); Diploma or higher preferred; Auditor qualification desirableIncident investigation experience and strong stakeholder coaching skillsBackground in agriculture, food processing, logistics or related industry valued
