Your OpportunityWe're looking for a Client Project Manager to join our Client Delivery Group within Product & Services. In this role, you'll lead a portfolio of complex client delivery initiatives across payments, compliance, digital transformation and product implementation programs. You'll work closely with clients and cross-functional delivery teams to ensure projects are delivered successfully while maintaining exceptional client experiences. Operating in a fast-paced and evolving environment, you'll manage multiple concurrent projects and play a key role in driving delivery outcomes through strong stakeholder engagement, proactive risk management and effective project governance.You'll also make an impact by:Managing 4-6 concurrent client projects, ensuring delivery milestones are achieved across scope, schedule, budget and quality objectives.Partnering with delivery squads and product teams to ensure work progresses effectively through Agile sprint cycles.Producing fortnightly internal and client status reports, steering committee packs, project governance artefacts and executive updates.Leading project kick-offs, steering committee meetings and client workshops to drive engagement and alignment.Building trusted client relationships through clear, concise and professional communication, ensuring stakeholders feel supported and confident throughout delivery.Managing project risks, issues, dependencies and change requests while maintaining a focus on successful client outcomes.
