This is a hands-on role which is focused on delivering exceptional service and experiences to our valued, loyal guests. Guided by the Food & Beverage Operations Manager, you will have a strong presence in the operations, supervising a talented team.   You will:Lead and develop a team of hospitality professionals.Ensure efficient, friendly and professional food and beverage service is provided to all guests.Provide guests and patrons an experience and environment that exceeds expectations.Familiarize yourself with VIP and regular guests to ensure their requests and needs are met.Ensure revenue for the shift is accounted for with cash/charge summary being completed to balance daily activities.Implement and establish on-the-job training programs for colleagues. Build strong, interdepartmental relationships in the Hotel.
