In this dynamic role, you'll work a variety of shifts across Front Office, Mee So and our breakfast service. Gaining hands-on experience in day-to-day hotel operations while delivering exceptional, memorable service to our guests. What will you be doing?Delivering exceptional guest service from check-in to check-out and everywhere in between.Acting as the first point of contact for guests and visitors, creating a welcoming and positive first impression.Completing a variety of daily tasks across multiple departments, ensuring no two days are the same.Promoting hotel facilities and services, preparing coffees and beverages, and maintaining accurate guest accounts.Providing friendly, knowledgeable, and professional service to both internal and external guests at all times.Assisting guests with our self-check-in kiosks and ensuring a seamless arrival experience.Promoting the ALL – Accor Live Limitless loyalty program by educating guests on its benefits and encouraging enrolments.
