Including but not limited:Manage and respond to event, conference, and group accommodation inquiries from direct and third-party clientsPrepare and follow up on proposals, contracts, and action plans to meet client needsCoordinate and host client entertainment, site inspections, and familiarisation visitsDevelop and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and Accor partnersSupport the planning and execution of corporate, social, exhibition, and incentive eventsUpsell hotel services and identify new business opportunitiesMaintain accurate client data and activity records using Delphi/OperaCollaborate effectively with internal departments to ensure smooth event deliveryAssist with departmental administration, including reporting and database managementRepresent the hotel at meetings, trade shows, and networking eventsContribute to continuous improvement by following and refining sales proceduresUndertake occasional evening and weekend shifts as required
