Main Purpose of Job:To support the delivery of SAP Basis and Cloud SAP ALM services to clients.Key Responsibilities:Support the Delivery Manager in project execution within area of competencyIdentify and communicate issues that may affect delivery quality or timelinesDevelop and maintain productive client relationshipsPropose solutions to technical issues and enhance service offeringsManage risk in alignment with Deloitte policiesMentor junior team members and share expertiseMaintain personal development in specialised areaTechnical Competencies:7-10 years' experience in SAP Basis, including 5 years in client-facing rolesEnd-to-end project experience: implementation, maintenance, support, and documentationProficiency in SAP NetWeaver 7.x, SAP HANA, SAP S4/HANA, and SAP Solution ManagerIn-depth knowledge of SAP Basis responsibilities, including system architecture, administration, and maintenanceExperience with SAP Cloud ALM for monitoring, alerting, and change management processes
