Your expertise will enhance our ability to engage clients early in the project lifecycle, shape strategic investment priorities, and integrate commercial, technical, and delivery insights into our differentiated advisory offerings.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Complex Advisory Engagements:Oversee and manage multifaceted infrastructure and transport advisory projects, synthesizing strategy, policy, commercial, technical, and delivery perspectives to provide comprehensive solutions.Ensure projects align with client objectives, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.Client Engagement and Influence:Establish and maintain credibility with senior government and private sector executives, positioning AECOM as a strategic advisor on major infrastructure challenges and opportunities.Drive early engagement with clients to shape investment priorities and develop tailored advisory strategies.Relationship Building:Cultivate and expand established relationships with transport agencies, infrastructure owners, ports, aviation clients, government departments, major developers, and private investors.Rapidly build new connections to enhance AECOM's influence and reach within the infrastructure sector.Strategic Investment Decision Support:Provide expert advice on infrastructure investment decisions, business cases, strategic planning, asset management, network optimization, asset relicensing, and infrastructure resilience initiatives.Develop frameworks and methodologies that support clients in making informed investment choices.Integrated Multidisciplinary Solutions:Collaborate with cross-functional teams across planning, engineering, economics, digital, sustainability, and program delivery to create high-value client solutions that address complex infrastructure needs.Drive innovation by integrating emerging technologies and best practices into advisory services.Identifying and Securing Strategic Opportunities:Proactively identify, shape, and secure strategic opportunities that contribute to the growth of the Advisory business while leveraging AECOM's broader capabilities.Lead business development efforts, including proposal development and strategic presentations to potential clients.Commercial Acumen and Performance:Demonstrate strong commercial acumen, managing client relationships to ensure the delivery of profitable advisory services while fostering long-term partnerships.Monitor project performance metrics, optimizing resource allocation and ensuring high-quality deliverables.Team Leadership and Mentorship:Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing advisory team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Contribute to the ongoing growth and maturity of the ANZ Advisory business by identifying training needs and opportunities for professional development.Thought Leadership and Market Positioning:Represent AECOM at industry events, forums, and conferences, showcasing our expertise and thought leadership in infrastructure and transport advisory.Contribute to the development of white papers, case studies, and other materials that enhance AECOM’s reputation as a trusted advisor.
