Participates in the design of and documents operational workflows to meet organizational objectives. Provides oversight of all user training methodologies. Creates and documents training methodology for new functionality and/or new Epic modules-20%

Build and maintain all Epic training environments for use in classes across the organization-15%
Analyzes problems, recommends improvement and develops appropriate action plans utilizing Baptist Management System Tools to promote transformation and ensure successful user education-15%
Leads efforts to personalize or customize Epic functionality to improve efficiency and satisfaction-10%
Provide credential training courses and oversee all aspects of user training-10%
Completes testing of software applications using established standards and protocols.-5%

Requirements, Preferences and Experience EducationMinimum: Education from an accredited institution or experience as listed. Education of certificate program or two year college degree; Completion of Epic certification within 90 days of completing trainingExperienceMinimum: 7 years work experience or equivalent combination of experience and education in related field.
