We continuously strive to make TruGreen an employer of choice and "a great place to work!"Position OverviewThe Talent Acquisition Coordinator works closely with and assists the Talent Acquisition Partners with a variety of post offer employment related items, including, but not limited to, post-offer background screening and related items; post-offer communication with candidates; and the arrangement of the start date and beginning stages of on-boarding. As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will be essential to ensuring that the onboarding experience for new TruGreen employees is a positive one.Responsibilities
Responsible for providing an outstanding experience for every individual candidate and helping to create a unique first impression for new TruGreen employees.
Act as the point of contact for post-offer Talent Acquisition and Human Resource related questions and information.
Communicate professionally while always maintaining a high level of confidentiality.
Update and maintain candidate statuses in the Workday applicant tracking system.
Track progress of candidates throughout the hiring process.
Provide proactive follow-up communications to candidates and hiring managers on recruiting status throughout the post offer process and onboarding.
Send welcome emails and new hire communications.
Support general talent acquisition needs of the business, as necessary.
Email and make phone calls to candidates as necessary.

Education and Experience Requirements
High school diploma/general education degree (GED) required
Minimum of 1 year relevant work experience, i.e. customer service, administrative skills and strong attention to detail or Human Resources generalist experience required
Workday applicant tracking system experience strongly preferred
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
High energy, passionate individual who loves people and recruiting.
Technical skills and proficiency with current, new, and emerging human resource information systems and CRM (e.g., Workday, Phenom People), particularly system navigation and self-service functionality.
Computer skills with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Attention to detail and accuracy with quantitative and qualitative data.
Written and verbal communication skills to interact with internal and external entities, and present information.
Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
Knowledge of general office and administrative processes.
Organizational and time management skills, including process orientation and punctuality for on-time attendance.
Ability to work independently under general supervision and collaboratively as part of a team.

Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate’s skills, experience, and geographic location, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay range. The upper end of the range will generally be reserved for candidates with extensive experience.
