Job TypeThis is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 3 Month(s).Work EnvironmentAssociates will need to be local to Nashville and will work schedules to start and may transition to more preferred schedules after conversion. Schedules include Sunday-Wednesday, Wednesday-Saturday, and Monday-Friday. They will need to be in the office 3 days per week and remote the other days, with an expectation of transitioning to 5 days/week in office starting January 2025. Daily schedules depend on the assigned weekly schedule: Sun-Weds / Weds-Sat 8am-6:30pm, and M-F 9-5pm. If they work 4/10’s, they will WFH 1 day, and if they are 5/8’s, they will WFH 2 days. This will change January 2nd, 2025, when all employees are expected to be in office all scheduled shift days.
