Jackson’s Prime, a premier fine dining steakhouse opening in historic downtown Jonesborough on Main Street in early summer 2025, is seeking a talented and experienced Sous Chef to join our culinary leadership team.

Responsibilities
Assist the Executive Chef in managing all kitchen operations.
Ensure consistency and excellence in food quality, plating, and execution.
Train, develop, and inspire the kitchen team to uphold fine dining standards.
Oversee inventory, ordering, and cost control to maintain profitability.
Maintain the highest levels of cleanliness, organization, and safety.
Collaborate on menu development and seasonal specials.
Lead by example with a strong work ethic, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a fine dining or high-end steakhouse setting.
Strong leadership and team-building skills.
Expertise in steakhouse cooking techniques, sauces, and scratch cooking.
Knowledge of inventory management, food cost control, and kitchen efficiency.
Passion for crafting memorable dining experiences through exceptional food.
