Jackson’s Prime, a premier fine dining steakhouse opening in historic downtown Jonesborough on Main Street in early summer 2025, is seeking an experienced Front of House Manager to join our leadership team.

Our FOH Manager will play a key role in setting the standard for excellence, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for every guest.
Position Overview
The ideal candidate is a proven leader with a passion for hospitality and the ability to develop and inspire a high-performing team. This role requires hands-on management, strong leadership, and a deep understanding of fine dining service standards.
Responsibilities
Lead, train, and mentor FOH service staff to maintain high employee performance standards.
Assist in hiring and developing a world-class service team.
Ensure exceptional guest experiences through hospitality, service, and attention to detail.
Oversee FOH operations, floor management, and staff scheduling.
Work closely with the culinary team to maintain seamless service.
Monitor service quality and uphold fine dining standards.
Assist with wine and high-end liquor selections (wine/spirit knowledge is a plus).
Maintain a professional and positive work culture.
Qualifications
Proven restaurant management experience (fine dining experience strongly preferred).
Strong leadership, training, and team-building skills.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, high-end dining environment.
Knowledge of wine, spirits, and craft cocktails is a plus.
Passion for delivering exceptional hospitality and guest satisfaction.
