The Role The People & Culture Intern supports our Malaysia People & Culture (P&C) team to deliver great employee and intern experiences, strong people processes and data-driven insights. They will contribute to day-to-day P&C activities such as coordination, documentation, basic data analysis and communications, while gaining broad exposure to how People & Culture partners with the business across multiple portfolios. 
Intake : Internship – August - DecemberTeam & Key Responsibilities  Actual responsibilities will vary depending on portfolio placement(s), and may include: HR Business Partnering Support HRBPs in coordinating and documenting HR initiatives (e.g. engagement sessions, focus groups, townhalls).Assist in preparing and updating HR reports or dashboards (e.g. headcount, movements, leave, attrition) using Excel/Google Sheets.Help draft and review simple HR communications (emails, FAQs, intranet posts) to employees and managers.Coordinate logistics and scheduling for HR meetings, workshops and training sessions, including invites, room/virtual setup and attendance tracking.Maintain and update employee and organisational data in HR systems and trackers, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.Provide first-line support to employees by directing queries to the right HR contact or resource.Conduct basic research and benchmarking (e.g. engagement, wellbeing, recognition ideas) to support HRBP recommendations to the business. Learning Outcomes & Development During the internship, the People & Culture Intern will: Gain practical exposure to multiple areas of People & Culture and how they work together to support the business. Develop skills in stakeholder management, communication, coordination and basic data/insights. Learn how HR systems, processes and policies are applied in a regional organisation. Build confidence in working within a professional environment, managing priorities and meeting deadlines.
