Isla Blue at Morningstar beach is looking to hire a full-time Assistant General Manager.
Our ideal candidate has 5+ years experience in fine-dining / the restaurant industry, is detail oriented, and happy to work with our amazing General Manager.
Responsibilities will include:
Managing and closing 2 nights a week when the GM is off.
Enforcing standards and policies when the GM is off.
Assisting with closing procedures nightly.
Assisting with liquor ordering & inventory.
Assisting on the floor during dinner service.
Shifts: 2pm-Close 5 nights a week.
This is a salaried position that is negotiable for the right candidate.
