Work with cross functional teams to understand, elicit, gather the business requirements and map them into user stories or use cases for technical teams
Provide e-Commerce functional perspective and expertise in design discussions.
Design user interaction models, workflows, and user interfaces.
Communicate conceptual ideas in easy to understand manner.
Manage work relations with internal and external partners.
Ensure solutions align with the IT eCommerce long-term strategy.
Support feasibility studies, project assessments & initiation (scoping, risk management and estimation).
Stay up to date with best practices and follow standards.
Influence requirements and release timelines as needed to ensure quality and business satisfaction.
We Can Get You an Interview for This Position If You Have: any experience using any of the top platforms like Shopify, Big Commerce, Shopwired, or Magento is needed.
6-8 years of experience in eCommerce projects gathering requirements, including configuring and customizing systems.
Experience communicating complex eCommerce solution constraints and opportunities to non-technical decision-makers.
Agile project execution experience.
Experience in eCommerce business analysis work, SAP platform a definite plus!
Basic project management experience.
Provide demos and POC when needed.
Demonstrates strong functional and technical eCommerce knowledge.
Self-motivated, directed and passionate.
Must have excellent organizational and time management skills.
Requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
