Join us and do your life’s best work here!What you’ll doThe successful candidate in this role will provide accurate and timely insights that drive Consumer Focus strategies. Their expertise ensures that Consumer Focus KPIs are consistently tracked and presented on dashboards in a way that highlights trends and identifies areas for improvement.You’ll develop strong working relationships with vendors in support of data sources for experienced based analytics. You’ll extract, manipulate, and join data from multiple sources into a population set for comparative analysis. You’ll develop and maintain complex analytical models to determine financial, clinical, and consumer value of a wide range of business initiatives. Also be responsible for dashboard development process, including creating data definitions, validating data, retrieving data from systems, maintaining technical documentation, and dashboard creation.What you’ll need
Bachelor’s degree in statistics, public health, health administration, business, business analytics, or related field is required.
With a Bachelor's degree, five (5) years of related analytical experience in Healthcare, Consulting, Finance, Analytics or a closely related field is required. Healthcare is preferred.
With a Master’s degree, three (3) years of related analytical experience in Healthcare, Consulting, Finance, Analytics or a closely related field is required. Healthcare is preferred.
Verbal and written/visual presentation skills including data storytelling, PowerPoint and Dashboard presentations.
Experience in a client driven, customer service focused Data Specialist, Business Intelligence/Analyst or related role.
Tableau, Power BI or equivalent visualization software experience is highly preferred.
SQL or non-SQL tools to query, join tables, and create tables is preferred.
Financial modeling, pro formas is preferred.
