Description We are in search of a proficient Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in Austin, Texas. The role involves handling purchase orders, invoicing, and vendor communication in the industry. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Manage and process purchase orders with precision and efficiency. Handle vendor communication to ensure smooth and timely transactions. Utilize NetSuite for various accounting functions and tasks. Analyze and resolve any discrepancies in invoices. Maintain vendor files accurately and keep them up-to-date. Utilize Microsoft Excel for data entry and accounts payable management. Ensure accurate coding of invoices for appropriate record keeping. Manage and process 1099s as required. Oversee payment processing to ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors.
