At least twoyears of experience in on-site property management and 6 months of Assistant Community Manager experience.
Strong bookkeeping and organization skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi or other similar programs.
Must be able to work on Saturdays and Sundays, one weekend per month.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
