Our team is highly analytical, iterates rapidly on our growth strategy, and is focused on one thing: putting an event-streaming platform at the heart of every company. Our ability to bring together diverse skill sets allows us to define and build an enterprise business unmatched in its industry. We tackle massive challenges and have fun solving them as a team.More specifically, the Cloud Product-Led Growth team is one of the most cross-functional at Confluent and includes folks from lifecycle marketing, product marketing, campaigns, product, data science, commercial sales, finance, and marketing operations. Together, we focus on coordinating strategies and aligning on KPIs to grow our Cloud Self-Service product across various user personas.We are looking for a Product-Led Growth Marketing Manager to expand and optimize our Cloud Self-Service growth engine. In this new role, the successful candidate will partner with cross-functional colleagues to unlock the motions that drive activation, engagement, revenue, and user growth.The ideal candidate would have experience using data to inform strategy and experimentation, and is someone who thrives in diverse, cross-functional teams at a hyper-growth company.What You Will Do:

Own the vision for how we engage with our Cloud Self-Service users, identifying and defining the right metrics to drive acquisition, activation, retention, and ultimately drive revenue growth.

Partner with other GTM teams (Sales, Customer Success, Data Science, Marketing Operations and Leadership) to meet and exceed business-critical KPIs.

Communicate effectively with Product Growth and Growth Engineering teams to build E2E experiences across functions

Be a ruthless prioritizer; identify the right initiatives to build and optimize our growth funnel.

Be the owner and expert of your KPIs monitor, track, and present metrics weekly to prove ROI.

Launch and own the expansion strategy: building growth loops, driving new users and use-cases, cross-sell and up-sell tactics

Build contextual and personalized email nurture programs to drive KPIs like product activation, feature attach rates, and revenue.

Drive a culture of experimentation—build experiments to validate hypotheses and proactively communicate results to the organization.

Co-own strategy for technical-assist motion for new users through both automated, scalable processes and “white glove” services

What You Will Bring:

Bachelor’s degree plus 6+ years experience in marketing, product growth, data science, or some combination.

Can operate at both tactical and strategic level and drive initiatives independently

Be a team player – be genuinely invested in helping make the entire PLG function successful

Strong project management skills and ability to perform in fast-paced and high-energy environment

Really excited about working with our team and strengthening customer relationships

Must be comfortable with a steep learning curve of a technical SaaS infrastructure product and be able to come in, learn, and then leverage that understanding to craft impactful projects
